DIFFERENT COMMITTEES
To ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our institution, we have established various committees that work with dedication, transparency, and responsibility. Each committee plays a vital role in maintaining discipline, addressing concerns, and supporting the overall development of our students and staff.
1. Managing Committee
The Managing Committee oversees the overall administration and functioning of the school. It provides strategic guidance, ensures proper implementation of policies, and works towards the academic and infrastructural growth of the institution. This committee plays a key role in decision-making and long-term planning.
2. POCSO Committee
The POCSO Committee is dedicated to ensuring the safety, protection, and well-being of all students. It works to create a secure and supportive environment by spreading awareness about child rights, addressing safety-related concerns, and taking necessary action as per guidelines. The committee ensures that every child feels safe, respected, and protected.
3. Grievance Committee
The Grievance Committee addresses the concerns, complaints, and suggestions of students, parents, and staff. It works with fairness and confidentiality to resolve issues in a timely manner. The committee encourages open communication and ensures that every voice is heard with empathy and respect.
4. Core Committee
The Core Committee is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring important academic and co-curricular activities throughout the year. It plays a central role in organizing events, implementing school programs, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. 5. School level fees committee
The School Level Fees Committee is constituted to ensure transparency, accountability, and fairness in all financial matters pertaining to school fees. The committee systematically reviews the prescribed fee structure, oversees the fee collection process, and addresses representations or concerns submitted by parents or guardians. It functions in compliance with statutory regulations and strives to maintain an equitable balance between institutional requirements and the interests of students and their families.
