Students absenting themselves from any of the examinations are not re-examined, whatever may be the reason. No student shall be promoted to the next class without appearing for 1st. and 2nd.  Term Examinations.

The results of the examinations are final and wilt not be reconsidered.

The minimum marks required for passing in each subject shall be 36 percent.

Students who did not appear in one or more subjects in any of the examinations for unavoidable reasons only shall be considered for 'Promotion', provided they get their leave sanctioned in time by the principal. Students marginally failing in any one subject in the grand total shall be considered for promotion through 'grace marks'. Students failing in two or more subjects in the grand total will note be promoted to the next class
